Everyone loves a good story and ours is one we are proud of!
The PomPom team are first and foremost friends. We met through family and soon became great mates.
We both worked in the same line of work and seemed to approach projects and challenges with a similar attitude, we then crossed over in a couple of roles and decided it was time to chat!
Over brunch one morning the conversation developed that we both wanted to work smarter and work for projects that we felt made a positive impact on either the communities we lived in or the environment. We decided that by joining forces we could reach more people and find fulfilling work, all while raising our families and managing a healthy work life balance.
It does have its challenges and we are always evolving and learning but we are excited to say almost three years in we are still going strong!
