The Electra Business & Innovation Awards celebrate innovation, sustainability and best business practices across all industries and sectors in the Horowhenua and Kapiti Coast Districts.
The past few years have seen innovation become a central focus of the awards as businesses have needed to adapt to a constantly changing landscape.
The Awards are a great way to celebrate and acknowledge those businesses doing amazing things in both the Horowhenua and Kapiti regions. Recognising great leadership and excellent business practice, this really is the cream of the crop!
PomPom became the Awards Programme Managers in 2019 and love the opportunities that this programme allows to connect with businesses and the wider communities and showcase local - both through the Awards process and the event delivery.

Conclusion
The PomPom team works hard to deliver a successful awards programme from start to finish, working alongside the Business Kapiti Horowhenua board, sponsors, contractors and entrants, making the process as streamlined as possible. PomPom has also taken on the graphic design element of the Awards to centralise the process and ensure all outgoing communications and collateral are consistent.
The Electra Business & Innovation Awards are a huge part of the Kapiti and Horowhenua annual business calendars. Being able to create memorable events to celebrate the local business communities is very rewarding for the team. We look forward to continuing to do so!
