INTRODUCING CHARLOTTE TOLLERVEY

Charlotte is an Event Management and Marketing professional based in the Wellington region, who has been working in the industry since 2006. 

Charlotte's BA(Hons) 2:1 in Media and postgraduate studies in marketing served as a solid foundation to launch a successful career in the UK.

Charlotte has worked in events on a global scale for a plethora of clients including Ben Sherman, Castrol, Kraft and Roche whilst working for Bray Leino Events in an Account Coordinator/Lead capacity. Later as head of their marketing team, she worked across the fashion, oil and gas, healthcare and hospitality industries. Charlotte believes this period of her career heavily influenced her current way of working, including: her work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, creative problem solving, quick thinking and respect for hard deadlines!

After relocating with her family to New Zealand in 2012, Charlotte held a couple of positions at Management level in the Events and Marketing space prior to launching PomPom.

Charlotte has a creative flair and a proven track record to consistently deliver multiple concurrent projects with success. She is a focused and highly driven individual that has a passionate and committed approach to all of her work - she will not let you down!

INTRODUCING NATALIE RUTENE

Natalie is a Project Management and Marketing professional based in the Bay of Plenty region, who has been working in the industry since 2006.

Natalie has worked across a variety of sectors that include: Tourism, eCommerce, Hospitality, the Food industry and NGO’s. These positions have included owning her own business, as well as business management and contract work. She enjoys the challenge of finding new and exciting ways to promote businesses, helping them achieve success and reach their full potential.

Working both in New Zealand and the UK, her primary focus during this time has been on developing new opportunities for each of the businesses she has been contracted to. This has also given Natalie the opportunity for her growth to stay with current trends on digital platforms, striving to stay ahead of the curve.

With an organised approach to her work, Natalie has naturally moved towards event and project management. Her ability to see the bigger picture and break this down into manageable stages and collaborate with others to bring the project to life has led to great results for her clients.

Positive outcomes are what drives Natalie and finding solutions for any task given to her is key to the motivation that allows her to achieve her success within this role.

INTRODUCING VICTORIA WALSH

Having been involved in management, then taking on the dual roles of motherhood and admin for the family farming business for the past decade, Victoria has now made the career shift into the role of Project Coordinator here at PomPom.

Victoria's ability to organise and problem solve, along with her people skills and experience at planning, means she is perfect for project coordination and getting out into the field and creating a well thought out plan for the success of PomPom's events.

INTRODUCING LILY EDWARDS

Lily is PomPom's Marketing & Communications Coordinator with a splash of Graphic Design to spice things up. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and International Relations from Waipapa Taumata Rau - University of Auckland, and is completing the final semester of her Masters degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. 

A local Kāpiti Coaster, Lily has tutored communication and public relations to undergraduates across the North Island, and has returned home to put theory into practice by completing internships, contracting, and working in the events space!
